The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help with problems. I was confused by their website thinking my room was prepaid (as it said it was paid in advance) and it wasn't so I had to use my debit card while there and over drafted costing me additional money. No one was willing to help with this or use the card # I had given online. I asked one of the ladies at the desk if there were any good restaurants around - she said there were lots of restaurants down the highway. Well, yes, there were, but were any of them GOOD? The one I ended up at was not. The hotel restaurant was closed most of the time - no continental breakfast was mentioned or offered to me. In addition: - Three of the lightbulbs in my room were out (two of the lamps and one in the bathroom) - The Microwave clock was off - obviously not changed for DST - The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable so to wash my long thick hair, I had to bend over under the faucet - The floor was not vacuumed because there was stuff on it - The hallways smelled like BO - the room was fine, hallways were NASTY I would avoid this hotel at all costs and will not stay again. Shell out a little extra money and stay someplace NICE (there's a great hotel right down King George Highway next to the Skytrain - great location, rooms and helpful staff - I will be staying there next time!)

The hotel is run down, needs work inside and out. The rooms, hallways and outside back entrance is in terrible need of cleaning. The first night, we found a beer bottle top in the room, the beds didnt look clean, etc. They upgraded us to a king room. - we ended up going to the supermarket and buying some clorox wipes to clean the new suite. The second night they took care to clean a new room of us.

The hotel is run down, needs work inside and out. The rooms, hallways and outside back entrance is in terrible need of cleaning. The first night, we found a beer bottle top in the room, the beds didnt look clean, etc. They upgraded us to a king room. - we ended up going to the supermarket and buying some clorox wipes to clean the new suite. The second night they took care to clean a new room of us.

I would not recomend this motel to anyone. The service is horrible, the staff are unfriendly, the restaurant was closed more than it was open. I would recommend removing this motel from this reservation site to avoid future embarassment.
