The hotel was very nice, clean, good accomodations, ammenities, and helpful and friendly staff. The room with the two queen beds does not have a refrigerator, but can be requested. Make sure it's the "full size" hotel style and not the very small type that only fits six drinks. The pool and exercise area is nice. Parking cost is $* per day, which is not included in price of the room cost.

Room size was average and was clean and well kept. For the 4 of us (me, wife and 2 young kids) the King bed and Queen sofa bed was perfect. We got a room with the town/city view which happened to be facing the road side (104th st). Could not sleep the first night due to the road noise when the AC unit would shut itself off. Next day I had asked to be moved to the opposite side (mountain view rooms) and the wonderful staff managed to find me a room despite near full capacity. Mountain view rooms were much better with no road noise even with AC unit shut off. Some minor annoyances we ran into - iron in room isnt the best, AC unit is old style with a manual dial which makes it harder to determine the temperature settings, no fridge, even with hot water turned to highest in the shower it wasnt hot enough for me in the first room but OK in the second, had only 3 towels when room was booked for 4, did not have extra toilet paper roll until the next day cleaning and lastly I was told that parking at hotel garage is $*/night even for guests but pls confirm with hotel on that as I'm not certain. Despite the above, I would say that if you are looking for a clean, safe and secure hotel with excellent staff service, this hotel is a great choice. Also, I highly recommend the mountain view rooms for those light sleepers such as myself. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Guilford Hotel in August, for a short holiday. Although the hotel is some 30 minutes drive away from downtown Vancouver, it was the best option for visiting Vancouver. For some * CAD/night we got a very clean room, with great beds, new furniture and clean bathroom. The parking is some * CAD/night extra. The breakfast is good (some * CAD for the buffet) and the restaurant is classy. In the evening, they play the piano. We'd stay there again.
